Texas Potato Casserole

Ingredients:
1 (32 ounce) package frozen hash browns, thawed
1/2 cup butter, melted
1 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon pepper
1 can mushroom soup
1 pint sour cream
1/2 cup chopped onion
2 cups shredded sharp cheddar cheese
Dash of hot sauce
1 cup corn flakes, crushed
1/8 cup butter, melted

Directions:
Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Combine all ingredients with the exception of corn flakes and butter. Pour into a greased 9x13 inch baking dish. Sprinkle crushed corn flakes over top and drizzle with melted butter.  Bake for 45 minutes.
