Ingredients:
· 2 (15-ounce) cans whole kernel corn, drained
· 2 cups grated cheddar cheese
· 1 cup mayonnaise
· 1 green bell pepper, chopped
· 1 red onion, chopped
· 1 (10-ounce) bag Fritos
Directions:
1. In a large bowl, combine the first five ingredients. Cover and chill until ready to serve.
2. Toss Fritos in right before serving.
