Ingredients:
2 cups fresh strawberries, sliced
2 cups fresh pineapple, diced
¼ cup sugar
½ cup coconut
1 cup orange juice
Directions:
In a glass bowl, alternate layers of strawberries and pineapple, sprinkling sugar and coconut between each layer.
Pour the orange juice over the top.
Chill for at least an hour and serve cold.
